Three Movies

1. Wall-E
wall-e
I love this little robot! Last weekend we went to see this and Kung Fu Panda (this one is pretty good to by the way!) at the Drive-in and I really liked this movie. This is the first Pixar film that I’ve seen that I didn’t see any trailers before I got to the theater so I really went in without any preconceived ideas. The message that we need to clean up our planet before we lose it is there while still telling the story of a little robot that has found a new purpose in life.

2. Hancock
This was a good movie to watch Thursday evening. We had rain at the drive-in but we still enjoyed the movie. Will Smith plays a “disgruntled” superhero who is always angry and just really doesn’t know why and doesn’t discover why or his past until he meets Jason Bateman’s character.

3. Get Smart
I love a good Steve Carell movie (I’m pretty sure C is going to take away the remote if I put the tv on Evan Almighty one more time) and Get Smart is hilarious. Another six months and I can catch this one on the movie channels (if the DVD doesn’t get added to our collection when the time comes)
